1 · Who processes your data
DJOMION SOLUTIONS, a limited liability company incorporated in Côte d’Ivoire,
registered office at Faya, Jules Verne, Cocody, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire
(trade register CI-ABJ-2020-B-07599). Axeho is a trading name of DJOMION
SOLUTIONS.

2 · Two products, two very different situations
The installed application. Your video, your audio and your dubbing text stay on your machine. They never reach us. The software sends us only what the licence requires: its key, and a technical fingerprint of the machine.
The online studio (dub.axeho.studio). There, the files you upload are necessarily transmitted: they are stored on our infrastructure and processed by our servers. That is the trade-off of working in a browser, and it is better known before uploading an embargoed title.
3 · What we collect
- your email address, to send your key and inform you about your licence;
- a technical fingerprint per activated seat, which cannot identify a person;
- the transaction reference passed on by the payment provider;
- server logs (IP address, date, page requested), kept for security;
- for the online studio only: the files you upload and the text produced.
4 · Payment
DJOMION SOLUTIONS is the seller of our plans and issues the invoice. Payment is processed by a secure third-party payment provider (Paystack or Flutterwave depending on your region). Your card details are entered with them and never reach us. We receive only your email address, the plan purchased and a reference.
5 · Third parties involved
- Paystack / Flutterwave: payment, invoicing;
- Bunny.net: storage and delivery of the online studio’s media;
- Resend: sending our emails, including your licence key;
- Anthropic: writing assistance, when you call it;
- ElevenLabs and Deepdub: synthetic and transformed voices, when you call them.
Each receives only what the requested feature needs, and only when you use it. In the installed application these features run through your own accounts: nothing then passes through us.
6 · How long
- online studio working files: six hours;
- cached sources and audio: thirty days;
- licence data: for the life of the licence, then the statutory accounting retention period;
- your email address: until you ask for its deletion.
7 · Hosting
The site and the online studio run on a dedicated server located in France, operated by Contabo GmbH. The online studio’s media are stored with Bunny.net.
8 · Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability: write to dubbing@djomionsolutions.com. We answer within thirty days.
9 · Trackers
This site sets no advertising trackers and does not measure audience. A session cookie keeps you signed in to the online studio. On the pricing page, our payment provider’s script is loaded only when you click to pay, never before, and never on other pages.

Any change is published on this page.
