Terms of sale

1 · The seller

These terms govern the sale, by DJOMION SOLUTIONS (a limited liability company incorporated in Côte d’Ivoire, trade register CI-ABJ-2020-B-07599, registered office at Faya, Jules Verne, Cocody, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, hereafter “the seller”), of a licence to use the Axeho software, available both as an application installed on the buyer’s workstation and as an online studio.

Axeho is a trading name of DJOMION SOLUTIONS. See the legal notice.

2 · What is sold

A right to use the software, for the seat count of the chosen plan, as a subscription: monthly or yearly. The software is not assigned: it remains the property of its publisher.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the rate then in force, until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the period already paid for: see the refund policy.

3 · Seller and payment

DJOMION SOLUTIONS is the seller of this licence and issues the invoice itself. Payment is processed by secure third-party payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave): they collect payment on our behalf but do not act as merchant of record. The software, the licence and the service remain those of DJOMION SOLUTIONS, who remains your point of contact, including for tax matters.

Your card details are entered with the payment provider and never reach us: see the privacy notice.

4 · Delivery

The licence key is sent electronically to the address given at purchase, as soon as payment is confirmed. The installer is downloadable from this site.

5 · Seats and transfer

A licence activates on as many machines as the plan allows. A seat can be released and reactivated elsewhere. A released seat becomes available again when its offline validation expires, thirty days at the most.

6 · Updates

Updates are included for one year from purchase. Beyond that, the software keeps working at the version reached.

7 · Third-party services

Artificial-intelligence, transcription and speech-synthesis features rely on external services the buyer subscribes to directly. Their cost, availability and own terms fall outside this sale.

8 · Voices and rights : the buyer’s responsibility

The buyer is solely responsible for the rights, permissions and consents attached to the voices they use, and to the works they process. It is for them to verify that they hold the necessary permissions before any generation and any distribution.

9 · Withdrawal and refunds

As digital content supplied immediately, performance begins when the key is sent. The refund terms, what happens to a cancelled subscription and how to ask are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10 · Termination

A licence may be revoked in the event of non-payment, refund, or use plainly contrary to these terms.
